Do I need any martial arts experience to start?

Not at all. Our teen and adult program is beginner-friendly. Our instructors will meet you where you are and guide you forward at a pace that works for you.
What kind of workout is it?

A full-body workout — balance, flexibility, coordination, and cardio are all built in. Most students are surprised how challenging and fun a structured Krav Maga class can be.
How does belt progression work?

You earn your rank by demonstrating the required techniques. We hold all students to real standards — no belts are handed out for just showing up.
What should I wear to my first class?

Comfortable athletic clothes are perfect. No uniform or equipment needed for the free intro session.
How many times per week should I train?

We recommend 2–3 classes per week for steady progress. Students who train consistently advance faster and report much stronger results.
